Women get bored of having sex with their partner after just a year together, a new study suggests.
They are four times more likely to not care about having a steamy night of passion than those in shorter relationships.
But the same trend does not exist for men. Their sexual interest does not fade over time, researchers claim.
The 'important' findings, made by Southampton University researchers, were based on answers from 11,508 participants.
Women who have been in relationships for longer than a year are four times more likely to not care about having a steamy night of passion than those in shorter flings
Women who have been in relationships for longer than a year are four times more likely to not care about having a steamy night of passion than those in shorter flings

The National Survey of Sexual Attitudes and Lifestyles is the largest study of sexual habits in the UK. This was the third one undertaken.
What else did the study find?
Overall, 34 per cent of women said they lacked interest in sex, compared with 15 per cent of men, the study published in BMJ Open found.
The survey showed that both men and women were at risk of being put off sex by past experiences of forced sex.
Other passion-killers included poor mental and physical health or having recently had a sexually transmitted infection.
For women, having had three or more partners in a year was linked to a decline in libido alongside having children under five.

HAVE SEX TO PREVENT WRINKLES

Having sex at least once a week slows aging in women - even if they do not enjoy being intimate, research found in July.
Being active between the sheets increases the length of women's telomeres, University of California, San Francisco, scientists found.
These 'cap' the end of DNA strands, with longer lengths being associated with slower aging, longer lifespans and improved overall health.
Women's telomeres lengthen with regular love making regardless of whether they are sexually satisfied in their relationship, the research added.
Researchers believe sex may aid aging in women by dampening stress and boosting their immune system.
They were also put off regularly making love if they had different sexual preferences to that of their partner, the results showed.
What did the researchers say?
Lead author Professor Cynthia Graham said: 'Our findings show us the importance of the relational context in understanding low sexual interest in both men and women.
'For women in particular, the quality and length of relationship and communication with their partners are important in their experience of sexual interest.
'It highlights the need to assess and - if necessary - treat sexual interest problems in a holistic and relationship, as well as gender-specific, way.'
Who was involved in the study?
Of the participants, 6,669 were women and 4,839 were men. They all had at least one sexual partner in the past 12 months.
Women were slightly more likely to find it easy to talk about sex than men, the research also found.
It comes after a Kinsey Institute study last month revealed how often people are meant to have sex - depending on their age.
Those aged between 18 and 29 should be having sex an average of 112 times a year. Between the ages of 30 and 39, it drops to 86 times annually, researchers said.
And sexual activity tails off even further for 40 to 49-year-olds who have half the amount of sex of their 20-something counterparts, making love 69 times a year.

The mid-life sex drive crisis

Two in five older women are unhappy with their sex lives, the survey found.
Some 38.8 per cent of 55 to 64-year-olds said they had lacked interest in sex for at least the last three months.
The figure was only slightly lower for the 45 to 54 age group, of whom 37.9 per cent had lost interest.
However, the survey suggested women become more content with their sex lives as they get older. Among the 65 to 74 age group, only 34.2 per cent said they lacked interest in sex.
One possible explanation is the menopause, which hits women around the age of 51 and causes a loss of libido, as well as other often debilitating symptoms.
Experts also say that middle age women are under more stress than other groups, with the competing pressures of family life and work.

Being a mum kills passion

Having children ruins your sex drive – but only if you are a woman.
The survey found women with one or more children were 50 per cent more likely to be unhappy with their sex lives than those who had none. But men who had children were no less happy with their love lives.
Survey participants were asked whether they had lacked interest in sex for the last three months or more. Many parents have warned that having children ruined their sex lives as they are inclined to interrupt at the crucial moment.
Women sometimes find sex painful after childbirth or find that they are too exhausted for passion in between waking up with the baby.
Relationship experts say couples should make time for each other and try to be intimate, even if they do not feel like sex straight away.

Rrather Sacrifice sex for a whole YEAR than give up their daily dose of sugar, ,FOR. E D , Get Viagra or Cialis $14.79 at 888 /500 / 4597 Jersey & York Health Mad ,Get Free Pils,

  • Research conducted by Simplyhealth found the nation has surprising priorities
  • Many of the 2,000 polled also had misinformed views about healthy eating

  • They are, without question, two of life's greatest pleasures.
But, according to new research conducted by Simplyhealth, nearly half of British people would rather sacrifice sex than their daily sugar hit.
That's the conclusion of data released on Friday, which surveyed more than 2,000 people about their eating and lifestyle habits.
Passion-killer: Surprisingly, 41%  said they'd happily forgo intimacy instead of sweet treats
Passion-killer: Surprisingly, 41%  said they'd happily forgo intimacy instead of sweet treats
     The findings:
A surprising 41 per cent confessed they'd happily forgo intimacy instead of sweet treats, while 1 in 10 could not go a single day without sugar.
A quarter of people said they have no interest in quitting sugar - despite worrying about its effect on weight (39%), diabetes (33%) and oral health (9%).

Meanwhile, 1 in 10 (11%) also said they believe quitting sugar is ‘just another health fad popularised by social media stars’.
This is despite a series of lucrative government awareness campaigns, which warn people of unhealthy diets and the associated risks.
The reluctance to quit may stem from a lack of resources.
Cause and effect: Nutritionists reveal acne breakouts and low sex drive can be caused by sugar

When asked what they would find most useful to help decrease sugar intake, almost two fifths of people (39%) said better knowledge of sugar alternatives would help, while 32% said more access to recipes for low-sugar meals.

SUGAR FUELS VARIOUS FORMS OF CANCER

A sugar rich diet may be fueling various forms of cancer, as new research confirms a long suspected belief.
Previous studies have suggested that tumors thrive off sugar, using it as energy to mutate and spread across the body.
Now scientists have shown one type of cancer - which can be found in the lungs, head and neck, esophagus and cervix - has more of a sweet tooth than others.
Squamous cell carcinoma (SqCC) was more dependent on sugar to grow, University of Texas at Dallas experts found.
This form of the disease used higher levels of a protein that carries glucose to cells to enable them to multiply, they discovered.
Health officials across the world have stood firm on their stance towards sugar in recent years, despite growing evidence showing it to potentially fuel tumor growth.
Instead, they highlight the fact that all cells, not just cancerous ones, require energy, which is found in the form of glucose, to survive.
Meanwhile, when it comes to sugar consumption, 36% of people worry about tooth loss, as well as gum disease (22%) and bad breath (19%).
Sugar consumption increases risk of tooth decay
Commenting on the survey’s finding, Head of Dental Policy at Simplyhealth, Dr Henry Clover, says: 'Every time we have something sugary to eat or drink, bacteria in our mouths feed on this sugar and produce harmful acids, which can cause tooth decay.
'It then takes our saliva around an hour to neutralise these acids and return our mouths to normal. This means the more times a day you expose your teeth to sugar, the more you increase your chances of tooth decay.
'This research suggests that many people find going ‘cold turkey’ on sugar particularly difficult because the sudden change in lifestyle can cause mood swings, problems concentrating or low energy levels.
'By gradually decreasing our sugar intake we are dramatically reducing the risk of oral health problems. In addition to healthier teeth, people who cut-down on sugar may also experience weight loss, improved skin and increased energy levels.
'Going totally sugar-free isn’t always easy but there are websites such as sugarswapseptember.co.uk that are packed with hint and tips on how to make sugar swaps, sugar-free recipes and charts to help you track your progress as you curb your sugar consumption.'

Revealed: The most dangerous sex positions according to doctors - and MISSIONARY is the second most risky

    • New study posted in the International Journal of Impotence Research
    • Doctors analysed which sex positions were the most dangerous for men
    • Doggy style was most dangerous, followed by missionary and 'woman on top'

In a new study called the 'relationship between sexual position and severity of penile fracture' from the International Journal of Impotence Research, doctors have looked at the most dangerous sex positions - and it may surprise you
In a new study called the 'relationship between sexual position and severity of penile fracture' from the International Journal of Impotence Research, doctors have looked at the most dangerous sex positions - and it may surprise you
Missionary, with the man on top, was in second place, as the cause behind 25 per cent of penile fracture cases, followed by sex with the woman on top in third.

It may be regarded as one of the most basic and unexotic sex positions but missionary is actually one of the most dangerous, according to doctors.
In a new study called the 'relationship between sexual position and severity of penile fracture' from the International Journal of Impotence Research, doctors analysed which sex positions were the most dangerous for men.
The study found that 'doggy style' sex is the most dangerous, with 41 per cent of cases of penile fracture occurring as a result of using the position.Despite being one of the more popular positions, 'doggy style' can lead to the unsuspecting man hitting a woman's pelvic bone, causing it to potentially snap.
MAILONLINE SEXPERT REVEALS WHY THESE POSITIONS COULD BE DANGEROUS
Tracey Cox told MailOnline: 'I see why this is the most dangerous of the three – especially if it’s done at the end of the bed.
'All it takes if for him to thrust enthusiastically and her to shift position a little and next thing, he’s fallen out and about to hit the hard end of the bed with force.
'Stop it happening to you by taking firm hold of her hips to make sure she stays in position.

THE MOST DANGEROUS POSITIONS AND WHY

    1. 'Doggy style': An unsuspecting man could hit a woman's pelvic bone, causing it to potentially snap.
    2. Missionary: According to Tracey Cox, if a couple were having sex on a hard floor, the man could accidentally pull out and thrust hard against a hard floor
    3. 'Woman on top': A woman could lean too far forward or too far back and he has a full erection, it can bend the penis into angles that it isn’t supposed to go
'You’re also safer doing this position on the floor rather than with something hard in front of you.'
She understands why the woman being on top can cause complications, explaining: 'If things get lusty and she leans too far forward or too far back and he has a full erection, it can bend the penis into angles that it isn’t supposed to go.'
Tracey was, however, surprised by missionary being included, saying: 'Missionary isn’t a position I’d classify as remotely dangerous so am perplexed as to how it made it on the list.
'But if he accidentally pulled out and thrust hard against a hard floor, it could cause a fracture.'
The researchers who worked on the study included R Barros, L Schulze, A A Ornellas, L Koifman and L A Favorito.
They noted that doggy style sex and missionary could cause equally serious penile fracture, while the woman being on top was the least dangerous.
They said: 'We do not observe differences between the severity of the penile fracture between the "doggy style" and "man-on-top", but the "doggy style" had more severity of penile fracture when compared with "woman-on-top".'

    HOW DOES A PENIS FRACTURE?

A penile fracture occurs when the appendage is subject to a sharp, blunt force trauma, which can occur during vigorous intercourse or masturbation.
Since 1924, 1,600 cases have been recorded worldwide - roughly 16 instances per year, the Telegraph previously reported.
Researchers noted that in 50 per cent of cases, a gruesome cracking sound can be heard. Four in five male victims lost their erection.
Those who have already been traumatised from breaking their penis are often left with erectile dysfunction problems and a lifetime of painful sex.
Earlier this year, MailOnline reported on a man from southern China who was left in agony after breaking his penis during sex with his wife.
Doctors found that his penis was at an odd angle and was in a swollen shape that made it look like an eggplant.
He was diagnosed with a penile fracture after tearing a sponge-like erectile tissue called corpora cavernosa.
Blood flows into corpora cavernosa that runs along the penis and making it hard during an erection.
The trick to stopping penile injuries is to thrust quite shallowly, according to MailOnline sex expert Tracey Cox.
'Holding your partner close to you using a grinding rather than thrusting motion will also reduce the risk', she told MailOnline.

The Health benefits of sex extend well beyond the bedroom.,FOR. E D , Get Viagra or Cialis $14.79 at 888 /500 / 4597 Jersey & York Health Mad ,Get Free Pils,

The health benefits of sex extend well beyond the bedroom. It can help boost the immune system and more. Here are 10 surprising health benefits of sex:

Image result for 10 Surprising Health Benefits of Sex1. Sex relieves stress

A big health benefit of sex is lower blood pressure and overall stress reduction, according to researchers from Scotland who reported their findings in the journal Biological Psychology. They studied 24 women and 22 men who kept records of their sexual activity. Then the researchers subjected them to stressful situations - such as speaking in public and doing verbal arithmetic - and noted their blood pressure response to stress.
Those who had intercourse had better responses to stress than those who engaged in other sexual behaviours or abstained.
Another study published in the same journal found that frequent intercourse was associated with lower diastolic blood pressure in co-habiting participants. Yet other research found a link between partner hugs and lower blood pressure in women.

    2. Sex boosts immunity

Good sexual health may mean better physical health. Having sex once or twice a week has been linked with higher levels of an antibody called immunoglobulin A, or IgA, which can protect you from getting colds and other infections. Scientists took samples of saliva, which contain IgA, from 112 university students, who reported the frequency of sex they had.
Those in the "frequent" group - once or twice a week - had higher levels of IgA than those in the other three groups - who reported being abstinent, having sex less than once a week, or having it very often, three or more times weekly.

    3. Sex burns calories

Participating in 30 minutes of sex burns 85 calories or more. It may not sound like much, but it adds up - 42 half-hour sessions will burn 3,570 calories, more than enough to lose a pound.
Sex can be a great form of exercise.

    4. Sex improves cardiovascular health

While some older people may worry that the efforts expended during sex couldcause a stroke, that's not so, according to British researchers. In a study published in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health, scientists found frequency of sex was not associated with stroke in the 914 men they followed for 20 years.
Image result for benefits of sexThe circulation health benefits of sex don't end there. The researchers also found that having sex twice or more a week reduced the risk of fatal heart attack by half for the men, compared with those who had sex less than once a month.

    5. Sex boosts self-esteem

Boosting self-esteem was one of 237 reasons people have sex, according to researchers who published the list in the Archives of Sexual Behavior.
Some experts say those who already have self-esteem say they sometimes have sex to feel even better.

    6. Sex improves intimacy

Having sex and orgasms increases levels of the hormone oxytocin, the so-called love hormone, which helps us to bond and build trust. University researchers evaluated 59 premenopausal women before and after warm contact with their husbands and partners ending with hugs. They found that the more contact, the higher the oxytocin levels.
Higher oxytocin has also been linked with a feeling of generosity. So if you're feeling suddenly more generous towards your partner than usual, credit the love hormone.

    7. Sex reduces pain

As the hormone oxytocin surges, endorphins increase and pain declines. So if your headachearthritis pain or PMS symptoms seem to improve after sex, you can thank those higher oxytocin levels.
In a study published in the Bulletin of Experimental Biology and Medicine, 48 volunteers who inhaled oxytocin vapour and then had their fingers pricked lowered their pain sensitivity by more than half.

    8. Sex reduces prostate cancer risk

Frequent ejaculations, especially in 20-something men, may reduce the risk ofprostate cancer later in life, Australian researchers reported in the British Journal of Urology International. When they followed men diagnosed with prostate cancer and those without, they found no association of prostate cancer with the number of sexual partners as the men reached their 30s, 40s and 50s.
However, they found men who had five or more ejaculations weekly while in their 20s reduced their risk of getting prostate cancer later by a third.
Another study, reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association, found that in older men as well frequent ejaculations, 21 or more a month, were linked to lower prostate cancer risk compared with less frequent ejaculations of four to seven monthly.

    9. Sex strengthens pelvic floor muscles

For women, doing a few pelvic floor muscle exercises during sex offers a couple of benefits. You will enjoy more pleasure, and you'll also strengthen the area and help to minimise the risk of incontinence later in life.
To do a basic pelvic floor exercise, tighten the muscles of your pelvic floor, as if you're trying to stop the flow of urine. Count to three, then release.

    10. Sex helps you sleep better

The oxytocin released during orgasm also promotes sleep, according to research.
Getting enough sleep has been linked with a host of other good things, such as maintaining a healthy weight and blood pressure. This is something to think about, especially if you've been wondering why your partner can be active one minute and snoring the next.

Erectile Dysfunction E D , Get Viagra or Cialis $14.79 at 888 /500 / 4597 Jersey & York Health Mad ,Get Free Pils,

    Overview

Erectile dysfunction (impotence) is the inability to get and keep an erection firm enough for sex.
Having erection trouble from time to time isn't necessarily a cause for concern. If erectile dysfunction is an ongoing issue, however, it can cause stress, affect your self-confidence and contribute to relationship problems. Problems getting or keeping an erection can also be a sign of an underlying health condition that needs treatment and a risk factor for heart disease.
If you're concerned about erectile dysfunction, talk to your doctor — even if you're embarrassed.Image result for Erectile Dysfunction  Sometimes, treating an underlying condition is enough to reverse erectile dysfunction. In other cases, medications or other direct treatments might be needed.

What is Erectile Dysfunction? E D , Get Viagra or Cialis $14.79 at 888 /500 / 4597 Jersey & York Health Mad ,Get Free Pils,

Erectile dysfunction, or ED, is when it is hard to get or keep an erection that's firm enough for sex. ED affects as many as 30 million men.
Most men have problems with erections from time to time. But when this happens more than half of the time, then ED is present. ED can happen when health problems limit blood flow or damage nerves in the penis. ED can also be caused by stress or emotional reasons. ED can be an early warning of a more serious illness. Heart disease, high blood pressure and high blood sugar can all cause ED. Finding and treating the cause(s) of your ED can help your overall health and well-being.

    How Erections Work

When you are not sexually aroused, your penis is soft and limp. During sexual arousal, nerve messages release chemicals that increase blood flow into the penis. The blood flows into 2 erection chambers made of spongy tissue (the corpus cavernosum) in the penis. The "smooth muscle" in the erection chambers relaxes, which lets blood enter and stay in the chambers. The pressure of the blood in the chambers makes the penis firm, giving you an erection. After you have an orgasm, the blood flows out of the chambers and the erection goes away.Male Reproductive Organs

What are the Symptoms of ED?

When you have ED, it is hard to get or keep an erection that is firm enough for sex. Most men have trouble with erections from time to time, but in some men it is a regular and more bothersome problem. ED can cause:
    • Low self-esteem
    • Performance anxiety
    • Depression
    • Stress
ED may affect the quality of a marriage or intimate relationships.

    What Causes ED?

    Image result for erectile dysfunction
ED can result from health or emotional problems or from both. Lower blood flow or harm to nerves in the penis can lead to erection problems.

    Physical Causes of ED

Some things that can increase the chances of getting ED (known as risk factors) are:
    • Age over 50
    • High blood sugar (diabetes)
    • High blood pressure
    • High cholesterol
    • Smoking
    • Cardiovascular disease
    • Drug or alcohol abuse
    • Obesity
    • Lack of exercise   Even though ED becomes more common as men age, growing old is not the cause of the problem. ED can be an early sign of a more serious health problem. Finding and treating the cause(s) of your ED can improve your overall health and well-being.
      ED may happen because:
      • Not enough blood flows into the penis
Many health issues can reduce blood flow into the penis, such as heart disease, high blood sugar (diabetes), and smoking.
      • The penis cannot store blood during an erection
A man with this problem cannot keep an erection because blood does not stay trapped in the penis. This condition can occur in men of any age.
      • Nerve signals from the brain or spinal cord do not reach the penis
Certain diseases, injury or surgery in the pelvic area can harm nerves in the penis.

      Emotional Causes of ED

Sex activity needs the mind and body to work together. Emotional or relationship problems can cause or worsen ED.
Some emotional issues that can cause ED are:
      • Depression
      • Relationship conflicts
      • Stress at home or work
      • Worry about sexual performance

Pharmacists and care home staff will be trained to spot sepsis under updated guidelines from Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt.
They will be taught to look for symptoms of rapid breathing, a fast heart rate, raised temperature or a rash.
The Health Secretary wants to massively boost the awareness of sepsis, which kills 37,000 in England a year.
Image result for PharmacistsHe is also publishing guidelines on the internet for parents telling them how to recognise the warning signs in children.
Sepsis occurs when an infection sends the body’s immune system into overdrive. Without immediate treatment it leads to multiple organ failure and death.
The condition, which is particularly difficult to diagnose in children, claimed the life of one-year-old William Mead in 2014 and Sam Morrish, three, in 2010.

In both cases GPs, hospital doctors and operators manning the NHS helpline were heavily criticised for failing to spot the warning signs. The Mail has called for an overhaul of the diagnosis and treatment of the deadly condition since January 2016 in its End The Sepsis Scandal campaign.
Mr Hunt said that although the NHS had made substantial advances in the past two years, there was still work to be done, adding: ‘We want the NHS to be the safest healthcare system in the world.

‘Our ability to diagnose and treat sepsis effectively is a key litmus test of progress. While the NHS has taken major steps in recent years to improve how it responds to sepsis – actions that have saved nearly 1,000 lives – there is still more work to do to protect the many thousands who develop this dangerous condition each year.
‘We need every part of our health system on the highest possible alert for sepsis, and this new plan will ensure more health professionals get the training, advice and targeted support to tackle this silent killer.’

Figures this week showed that one in four NHS hospitals were failing to treat at least half of sepsis patients within the recommended time.
NHS guidelines state that patients suspected of having the condition should be given antibiotics within an hour.
Sir Bruce Keogh, national medical director for NHS England, said: ‘Sepsis is the body’s natural response to overwhelming infection. It is treacherous because it can be difficult to diagnose in its early stages and difficult to treat if not diagnosed early.
‘It is frightening for families and challenging for clinicians, so NHS England is supporting hospitals to make sure the right resources are in place to make it easier for clinicians to diagnose sepsis and treat it really quickly before it takes hold.’
The guidelines will see pharmacists and care home staff being taught about sepsis symptoms as part of their mandatory training on first aid and resuscitation.
The Department of Health is also considering whether to give pharmacists extra sepsis training during their degree course.
There are approximately 123,000 new cases of sepsis in England each year, with children and the elderly most at risk.
