Would YOU choose work over sex? Survey reveals almost half of men would rather give up their sex life than lose their job

A recent poll has revealed that many men would make extreme sacrifices to keep a roof over their family's head in the current tough economic climate - as they would rather give up sex than lose their job.
The survey of single and married men aged between 21 to 50 showed nearly half of those questioned would prefer to lose their virility than their career if it came down to an either or choice.
The poll by online casino Roxy Palace discovered that 43 per cent of the 700 men questioned said they would live without sex if it meant keeping their jobs.

When posed the question, one respondent, who wished to remain anonymous, said: 'What a dilemma! If it came down to an either or choice I’d have to live without sex.
'There’s no way I could afford my mortgage and bills if I lost my job and the whole family would be in crisis. Thankfully this isn’t a choice I have to make.'

The survey targeted men in full time employment in the UK but did not discriminate between married and single men.
Unsurprisingly, the respondents without a family to support said they were more likely to give up their job and find another one rather than become sexuality inactive.
One anonymous respondent said: 'If it came to giving up work or sex there really is no comparison. I’d find another job without too much difficulty but I couldn’t imagine a life without sex.'

A spokesman for RoxyPalace.com said the results provided an interesting insight into a man's priorities depending on their relationship status.
He said: 'We all know how tough it is out there at the moment so perhaps it isn’t surprising that 43 per cent of men said they would live without sex if it meant keeping their job.
'For many losing their jobs may equate to losing a roof over their children’s heads so I guess many parents would be prepared to do whatever it takes to stop that from happening – even if that means living without a sexual relationship.
'But single guys or those who haven’t yet had children are more likely to think of their job as a disposable commodity, something they can replace easily. These guys would prefer to dump their job than have to face anything as depressing as impotence.'
