'Your baby last fed from the left breast': The app for sleep-deprived new moms to log diaper changes, naps and feeding patterns

A new app has been developed to help sleep-deprived new mothers keep track of their parenting duties.
The Baby Activity Logger for iOs, which costs $4.99, allows you to record the time between feedings, diaper changes, naps and burps, and even keeps track of which breast you fed from last.
You can also sync the schedules to other devices, as well as export them to your computer, where you can save them as spreadsheets.

Helpful: A new app called the Baby Activity Logger lets you track your newborn's diaper changes, sleep schedule, and feeding time - and even lets you record which breast they nursed from last

An instructional video on Mashable.com shows how the app lets you log your baby's feeding activities, including if they were fed liquids or solids, or which breast they nursed from.
While this last option may seem like an odd detail to include, Natali Morris, the host of parenting product review show Crash Test Mom, said that without the app, 'Believe me, you will forget'.

She also notes that keeping track of your baby's bodily functions is especially helpful during the first few days after birth, since doctors will often inquire about them to judge how healthy they are.
Along with recording how and when your baby was fed, you can also use the app to log how long feedings last.

Naptime: The sleep tracker lets you see when, how often and how long your new born is napping each day. You can also compare each nap with average length of time your baby sleeps

Parenting technology: The Baby Activity logger, which also lets you track multiple newborns, is available for iPhone for $4.99

Other useful features include the sleep tracker, which lets you see when, how often and how long your new born is napping each day.
You can then compare each nap time  with average length of time your baby sleeps.
The activities you can track aren't limited to basic bodily functions. The app also lets you record exciting milestone moments, like the first time your baby smiles.
And if you happen to have more than one newborn on the way, the app can accommodate multiple activity logs.
The Baby Activity logger is available for iPhone for $4.99.
